I had a good PiYo class and then I stayed for Barre Amped Fire. Yes I am crazy. And I used the 3# weights instead of 1# or 2#. I wanted to make a point to the rest of the class and to myself. Yes I am strong and yes I can still do two workouts in a row, even when they are both difficult. Take that body. Now for another donut…
